Open Access Computer Labs
Camden County College has both academic computer classrooms and an open access lab at all three locations.
More than 50 academic computer classrooms are located throughout the college and contain computer, network, printing and projection capabilities. The software that resides in these labs includes Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Internet Explorer and departmental curriculum specific software. These classrooms are scheduled through the Registrar's office and are not generally open when classes are not in session. These classrooms are operated and maintained by the Office of Information Technology. The Open Access Computer Lab is located in Taft Hall, room 115. This state of the art facility is open to all Camden County College faculty, students, and staff. This lab is equipped with state-of-the-art computer, network and printing technologies. The software that resides in this lab includes Microsoft Windows XP, Office 2003, Office 2007, Internet Explorer and curriculum specific software. This lab is operated, maintained, and staffed by the Office of Information Technology professional full time staff and students. The Lab Consultants can assist you in the use of the computer software and hardware in the Open Access lab. Our open lab is for school work only. Games, chat and internet email are not allowed. Internet email is accessible from classrooms only that require it.
