Welcome to Camden County College! We are excited you have decided to begin your college journey with us.

Below you will find important information for new students. These are the questions many new students have before beginning their studies at the college.

WebAdvisor and Student Email

WebAdvisor is a very important tool that is available to all students to assist with registration, provide information about your bill, information about your financial aid, review your unofficial transcripts and many other useful functions.Students should check WebAdvisor and their email regularly for important information and updates from the college.

Logging into WebAdvisor:

User ID = first initial of your first and last name (both lower case) followed by your 7-digit student ID number.

Example – John Smith is js0612345

Student Password = your six digit date of birth.  Example – June 30, 1990 is 063090

The first time you log onto WebAdvisor you will be prompted to change your password for security purposes.

Logging into email

Email address = Firstname.Lastname + the last 3 digits of your student
Example –

Student Password = your six digit date of birth.  Example – June 30, 1990 is 063090

College IDs

Students can have an official college ID made at the Public Safety Office on at any of our campuses.Once a student has registered for their first semester they can bring their schedules to Public Safety and have an ID made.There is no charge for a student's first ID.Students should have their IDs with them at all times when on campus or at a college function.IDs can also be used for the book voucher program and the Cougar Card Program.

Student Success Workshops

The college will be holding Student Success Workshops throughout the summer. These workshops will provide students an opportunity to meet with an advisor and choose classes.Other topics that will help students successfully navigate the college experience will be offered as well.

Math Placement Prep (iPowers Math)

The Math Placement Prep program is available to new students who are about to take the placement test or students who have already taken the placement test and would like additional help to retest.The program provides access to tutors and online help.Students can also access the on-line portion of the program at home and work at their own pace.Students who would like to take advantage of this free program can contact an advisor and set an appointment to meet.
