Technical Institute Registration Information

Students interested in registering for Technical Institute programs may do so in one of three ways:

2. Mail-in or Fax in registration in available. Click here to download CCC’s non-credit registration form.

3. Walk-in registration is accepted at CCC’s Division of Continuing Education between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm ~ Monday through Friday.

Payment is due in full at time of registration. However, student may opt for the Deferred Payment Plan. Under this plan the student must pay 50% of the total program cost at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be paid in two additional installments at 25% each. The last payment must be dated 30 days before the class end date. In this instance, a "Tuition Payment Plan Contract" must be completed and signed by both student and College. Refund/Cancellation Policy

Students will receive a 100% refund of college tuition and fees if withdrawal from a class takes place prior to the start of the class. A 50% refund will be granted if withdrawal from a class takes place within the first 20 days from the class start date. After the conclusion of the 20th day of class, NO REFUNDS will be given for withdrawal or non-attendance. Please note, students enrolled in programs that are 4 months or less will be granted a 10 day withdrawal period for a 50% refund. After the conclusion of the 10th day of class, NO REFUNDS will be given for withdrawal or non-attendance and the remaining balance will be due in full upon withdrawal. To obtain a refund, please contact TICCC administration at (856) 874-6004 and ask for a "Request for Refund" form.

The college reserves the right to cancel a course when registrations are less than the minimum required. The college also reserves the right to change the time, location, and/or instructor. Tuition and fees will be refunded in full if the course is cancelled by the college.

Attendance Policy

Mandatory attendance is a requirement for all Technical Institute classes. Students with unexcused absences of more than 5% of the total class hours will be subject to counseling from CCC administration and disciplined accordingly. Excused absences will be granted at the discretion of Camden County College and the instructor. Student with excessive absences may not be eligible for a certificate of completion or participation in graduation ceremonies.
